In advance of the opening of the next exhibition Past Poems and Personalities: A look at Hampstead’s Poets, we are inviting some of the many wonderful actors, writers and media personalities living in Hampstead today to present an evening of Poetry and Prose at the Rosslyn Hill Chapel.

Burgh House & Hampstead Museum

Burgh House is a beautiful Queen Anne house in the heart of Hampstead in London. A registered charity it is open free of charge to the public as a community arts centre with a changing program of art exhibitions and classical concerts.

Burgh House is also home to the Hampstead Museum, with over 3,000 objects relating to art and life in Hampstead. A permanent display is located on the first floor, tracing Hampstead history from prehistoric times to the modern day.

The licensed Buttery cafe serves delicious lunches, mother watering teas and weekend brunch. Book early to sample their famous Sunday roast!
